Insurance: Dr. Lyall does not participate in insurance plans. Instead Dr. Lyall works with most insurance plans that offer out-of-network coverage. Please check with your plan to see what they allow for professionals who are not in their network. Ask your insurance representative the following questions:

• Do I have Mental Health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my Health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Are out-of-network provider’s services covered and at what rate?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
